Our scenic event staging offers cost-effective and stress-free solutions that give your event’s stage design the type of upgrade you need. We have been partnering with our clients to help them turn their creative vision into an innovative three-dimensional reality. We offer a range of staging solutions including stage design, stage hire, and stage rental services. Our set designers have years of experience in developing creative stage designs based on a variety of fabrics, shapes and creative lighting solutions.
The first step we take is to consult with you to find out if elements of the stage design you’re looking for the match up with what’s already in our warehouse. From there, we work out a stage design that’s both affordable and accommodates your vision. We are able to build out a custom set based on what is available in the warehouse while working alongside with our other vendors. These smaller-scale stage designs are also lightweight and easy to set up, so there is minimal installation and breakdown. This staging option means less stress for you and less hired help that would normally take a cut out of from your spending plan.
Our set designers collaborate with our technical team and stylists to establish an overall visual concept for your event and design the event environment to suit your needs. Our designers will develop a complete set of 3D model drawings that illustrate how all the individual elements of the show will work together. This allows you to visualize where the stage, screens, audience, and equipment will be placed so you can be confident what we deliver to your exact requirements.
